The extensive electrical work carried out at the 349,740 square foot Amazon Distribution Facility in Taunton, MA, was a multi-faceted project that encompassed a wide range of critical components.

The project began with the make-safe and disconnect process, ensuring the safety of personnel during the installation. Temporary power and lighting were established to facilitate ongoing construction activities, ensuring that the project proceeded smoothly and efficiently. Electrical distribution panels were installed to efficiently manage and distribute power throughout the facility.

Docking stations and Motorized Transfer Switches (MTS) were incorporated to facilitate the loading and unloading of goods, enhancing the facility's logistical capabilities. Interior lighting and lighting controls were meticulously designed and installed, optimizing visibility and energy efficiency within the facility. A comprehensive design-build fire alarm system was implemented, complete with wiring, ensuring the safety of occupants and assets.

Furthermore, a sophisticated Stow-By-Light (SBL) system was integrated to enhance storage and retrieval processes. Power wiring was extended to HVAC equipment, providing climate control essential for maintaining product quality. Lastly, the grounding of electrical systems was executed to ensure safety and equipment performance. This comprehensive electrical work not only ensured the smooth operation of the Amazon Distribution Facility but also contributed to its overall efficiency, safety, and functionality.

Ortho Rhode Island

The electrical work at the ground-up 66,000 sq ft medical facility included the installation of a robust 3,000A electrical service and backup generator with three Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).

Distribution panels and isolation panels were implemented to efficiently manage power distribution. General convenience power and lighting were installed throughout the facility, ensuring proper illumination and functionality in various areas, including operating rooms, X-Ray rooms, MRI rooms, exam rooms, the surgery center, offices, and physical therapy spaces. Additionally, the project encompassed the setup of sign lighting and site lighting, enhancing visibility and safety around the facility.

Bryant Barrington House

At Bryant University's Barrington House in Rhode Island, our team successfully completed a comprehensive electrical and fire alarm installation project.

This encompassed the design, installation, and testing of a modern electrical system, ensuring safe and efficient power distribution throughout the facility. Additionally, we installed a state-of-the-art fire alarm system, meticulously designed to enhance the safety and security of the building's occupants. Our work encompassed all aspects of these installations, from wiring and connections to equipment setup and rigorous testing, ultimately delivering a secure and fully functional electrical and fire alarm infrastructure to safeguard the occupants and property.

Chelsea Innes Apartments

The electrical work completed at 170 Central Avenue in Chelsea, Massachusetts involved comprehensive installations across three mixed-use residential buildings.

For Building A, a 6/7-story split multi-family residential building containing 215 units and amenity spaces, we handled the electrical installations for all sections: Building A1 (below the podium) and Building A2 (above the podium), ensuring reliable power distribution, lighting controls, and safety systems.

In Building B, a 6-story multi-family residential building with 115 units and amenity spaces, our work included electrical installations for both Building B1 (below the podium) and Building B2 (above the podium), providing robust electrical infrastructure.

For both Buildings A and B, we installed a BDA system to ensure reliable communication for emergency responders. Additionally, we implemented an Area of Rescue system, a tel-data system with wiring, and an intercom system to enhance safety and communication within the buildings.

For Building C, which features above-grade naturally ventilated parking, a community space, daycare, retail space, storage, and building support spaces on the first floor, we ensured the installation of efficient electrical systems to support its multi-functional use. Each building's electrical setup was meticulously designed and implemented to meet all relevant code provisions, ensuring safety, functionality, and reliability for all occupants and uses.
